My Path to Empowering Others
I have a foundation in Information Systems, Accounting, and Finance, built to understand the core of how businesses operate. This expertise is the backbone of my work today—helping leaders and organisations break through barriers and achieve their biggest goals.
Building Foundations
My career started in ‘93 as a Senior Consultant in South Africa. I spent over 4 years developing a passion for solving problems and leading teams. These years set the stage for everything that followed.
Consulting and Transformation
In ’97, I moved to the UK and took on various consulting roles, including a notable stint with JP Morgan. Over the next 25 years, I helped companies face their challenges and transform their operations. By 2022, I had solidified my role as a consultant, focusing on creating impactful changes and transforming businesses globally.

Mid 2022, I realised my true passion was helping people achieve their dreams. My focus changed to unlocking individual potential and transforming organisations with a people centred approach. Over the next year, I dedicated myself to coaching and becoming a transformation leader.

Since early 2023, I’ve been fully committed to embracing and teaching the 10X mindset, an approach to aiming for excellence and pushing boundaries. Now, I focus on making dreams come true and driving individuals and businesses to achieve remarkable success.

MY story
In 2023, I made a bold move that changed my life.
I quit my job and followed my passion. It all started with a coaching session that reignited a fire in me that had been struggling for years.
From a young age, I wanted to help businesses and communities grow. For over 25 years, I have worked with major corporations in fintech, banking, insurance, investment management, legal, utilities, media and entertainment, fine wine and spirits, and professional services. But what I really love is working with people.
Real success comes from listening, building genuine connections, and ensuring that change lifts people up instead of weighing them down.
I live by the 10X mindset. It’s a strategy and a way of life. The 10X mindset means aiming for goals that seem almost impossible, pushing boundaries, and believing in unlimited possibilities.
It’s about making huge leaps in ambition and surrounding yourself with amazing people who push you to improve daily. This philosophy focuses on courage, commitment, and breaking through self-imposed limits to achieve extraordinary results.
So, when a goal feels too big, that’s when I know I’m on the right track.
I focus on the three Cs: Coaching, Consulting, and Creative. These elements drive my work and my commitment to helping others.

Consulting: My consulting work helps businesses streamline operations, embrace technology, and innovate. I strive to help businesses create value and drive growth.
Creative: Creativity is at the heart of what I do. From visioning to strategy and execution, I bring a creative approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Giving back is a big part of who I am. Launching a consulting business in South Africa, where I grew up, was my way of giving thanks and helping realise its potential.
I want to help people be their best through transformation and mindset shifts. I believe in people and that with the right support, anyone can achieve the impossible.
