But sometimes necessary for survival. New tech. Exciting, but disruptive. Progress. Often leaves casualties in its wake. Remember Uber’s rocky start? At least humans were driving. Now Waymo faces even bigger hurdles. No humans at the wheel. So, what’s Waymo doing? Slow rollout. Safety first. Clear communication. Transparency matters. Community engagement. Listening, not just talking. Is it enough? Time will tell. How do we manage change? Because let’s face it. Change is coming.
