Learning from my mistakes
I continue to make mistakes. All the time, to be honest.
However, there are some mistakes I’m not proud of at all. Mistakes where I’ve shown disrespect to certain individuals. Situations that, upon reflection, go against my core values of treating others as I’d like to be treated.
Reflecting on the past is a powerful tool. The past can provide lessons and direction for a better future. By understanding my past, I have been able to adapt and improve both personally and professionally.
Importantly, for me, it fuels my growth to constantly be a better person. To anyone I may have shown any disrespect, my sincere apologies.
