Have you ever stood at the edge of a decision that terrified and excited you in equal measure? Eighteen months ago, I faced such a moment. After decades in corporate transformation, I found myself in a coaching session that changed everything. The coach asked one simple question: “What’s your dream, Craig?”
Not my goal. Not my target. My dream.
At that moment, I realised I’d been playing small. Despite a successful career, I’d been living at a fraction of my potential. The fire that once drove me had dimmed to embers.
The Decision That Changed Everything
What came next required a type of courage I hadn’t exercised in years.
I quit my job.
With no safety net, no guaranteed income, and no certainty about what lay ahead, I chose to follow a dream—to help people and organisations achieve what they believed impossible. Many called it reckless. Others called it brave. I simply call it necessary. This wasn’t about running away from something. It was about running toward something greater—the 10X mindset that now drives everything I do.
